KATHUA: A total of 14 callers registered their grievances during the weekly Paryas, an initiative by the district administration to listen to the grievances of the public telephonically here at DC office complex in Kathua on Wednesday.
Additional District Development Commissioner Kathua, Narinder Singh Bali in the presence of heads of various line and works departments received the calls during hour long session and issued on spot instructions to the concerned departments to attend to the grievances and problems registered by the callers.
During the one hour session, callers from different parts of the district communicated their problems to the ADDC, which were mostly related to the provisions of basic amenities like drinking water, uninterrupted electricity, etc.
