JAMMU: Vidhi Jaswal, sister of Indian Idol runner up Anmol Jaswal, has been selected for final 13 of popular TV show ‘Indian Idol Junior 2015’ on Sony TV every Saturday at 8:30 PM.
As the fight for finals progress main emphasis will lay on voting only, Prayas, an organisation, appealed to people of Jammu and Kashmir to cast vote in the favour of Vidhi Jaswal so that she will achieve the landmark.
It is pertinent to mention that Anmol Jaswal finalist in 2013 lost due to lack of votes and SMS bank in J and K.
Surpal Jaswal, father of Vidhi Jaswal and Anmol Jaswal appealed to the people of J and K from all walks of life for voting in favour of Vidhi.
Surpal said that people should also fallow Vidhi Jaswal programme on TV and appealed to them to watch the show and bless the girl as she is one of the rare talent which has been selected from entire northern region.
She was also finalist of PTC Punjabi Junior Singing show last year.
Vice President, Prayas, Shubam Kumar said that most of the youth in J and K use smart phones and internet, where they can vote by downloading “SONY LIV” app from play store and also vote in www.sonyliv.com .
He said that now there is no ban on SMS service in J and K and both prepaid and post paid users can send SMS by writing IDOL VID to 5252525.
