JAMMU: The Principals of about 28 CBSE schools of Jammu under the banner of Sahodaya Schools Complex, Jammu Chapter met on Wednesday over a brain-storming session pondering over the new ‘National Education Policy’ (2019) and its implementation in true letter and spirit.
The meeting was chaired by Sahodaya President Nirmal Mahna (Principal, DPS Rajbagh) who welcomed all the new members and wished them a fruitful association with Jammu Sahodaya.
An informative presentation was delivered by the General Secretary S.K Singh (Principal, JK Public School, Kunjwani) updating all about the salient features and the basic changes in ‘NEP 2019’ initiated by the new Drafting Committee.
All the Principals’ contributed with their valuable suggestions and pragmatic ideas required for the honest implementation of the New Education Policy.
The Treasurer, Rajesh Rathore (Principal, GD Goenka School) updated all the members with the latest income and expenditure report.
The TSO, Anil Pathania (Principal, JK Public School, Kathua) discussed and shared the latest upgradation of Sahodaya website.
The meeting was sponsored by ‘Extra Marks’ a learning solution and their resource person Nidhi Soni apprised all the Sahodaya members about the new structured educational programme encapsulated with latest technological support keeping in view the needs of the students and the changing global scenario in prime priority.
