JAMMU: Internationally acclaimed Meditation Guru, motivational speaker and Chairperson of Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust, Raj Kumar Dogra appealed to people that they must start meditation for staying themselves away from stress of COVID-19 as in the lockdown period we are staying at home only for safety reason.
Dogra said that people have an opportunity of self-realisation as well as quality time-spending with their family. He said that meditation and spirituality is the only way to keep the mind calm and positive. He added that everyone should adopt meditation in their daily routine and feel the power of spirituality. During this tough time of corona lockdown, the meditation is the best medicine to be mentally and physically fit, he added.
